Booze Cruisin' the Greek Islands

If you are ever in Greece, on the island of Paros, then the thing to do is the booze cruise with M/S ALEXANDROS. This is by far the best booze cruise I have EVER been on, diving board included! You start at 10am and return at 5pm.

First off Captain Antonio will take you to the ‘happy cave’ after the short 30min ride will greet you. We spotted a seal here! They say it is a happy cave because if you make a wish when you are swimming through it, then you’ll be happy forever.

Once back on the boat, a bell rang – DRINK time and dance to the fun music! We stopped for one more swim before we had lunch on a private island that has 4000 years of history. The crew made us fresh grilled octopus along with the traditional souvlaki and Greek salad. And no meal is complete without OUZO! The ocean and sand combo acted as our personal dishwasher while we all hung out and played a little football game on the beach.

On the boat again with one more stop – at one of my favorite places on the trip. The water here (in the middle of no where) was the clearest blue I have ever seen – nicer blue than a pool! Just hung out here and swam around loving life.

After our last stop, we finished off the wine and ouzo before pulling up to dock. Great day spent with Captain Antonio!
